About course

Advanced Excel with AI: Beginner to Advanced (2026 Edition) takes you from your very first cell to building dashboards, financial models and AI-assisted reports that companies actually use. The whole course follows Rasoi Retail, a growing Indian grocery chain, so every formula, chart and report solves a real business problem in rupees, lakhs and the Indian financial year, not abstract textbook data.

You start with the foundations: the Excel interface, smart data entry, number formats, your first formulas, cell references, and sorting and filtering with Excel Tables. From there you master the functions every job uses, including IF and IFS, text and date functions, SUMIFS and COUNTIFS, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP and INDEX-MATCH, and how to find and fix formula errors. You then learn to clean and analyse messy data with conditional formatting, PivotTables, Power Query and What-If Analysis.

The course then moves into modern Excel. This covers dynamic arrays like FILTER, SORT and UNIQUE, GROUPBY and PIVOTBY, LET and LAMBDA, Regex for text cleaning, money maths like EMI, SIP, NPV and IRR, and how to protect and share workbooks safely. You will design professional charts and build an interactive dashboard with slicers. You will also work with Power Pivot and DAX, and automate repetitive work with macros and Office Scripts.

A full module is dedicated to Excel with AI. You will learn how to use Copilot to analyse data and write, explain and fix formulas, and how to run multi-step jobs with the Excel agent. You will also prompt AI chat assistants for formulas and VBA, use Python inside Excel, and, most importantly, check AI's work so you can trust every number you share. The course ends with two live projects for your portfolio: a self-updating Sales MIS Dashboard and an AI-assisted budget and financial model.

The course has 44 video lectures across 7 modules. Every lecture comes with a hands-on practice file that checks your answers, and every module has summary notes and a self-assessment task. This course is for students, freshers, working professionals and business owners who want to become confident, job-ready Excel users and learn to work alongside AI.
